Great food. Great service. Great layout.
Our first meal since the expansion. The layout is great. Plenty of seating with an outdoor dining area we plan to use when the temps cool.
The service remains great and Jonathan is a continuous fixture throughout the restaurant ensuring everyone is happy. The flows to rest of the staff who are all great.
We ordered the Mushroom Crabmeat appetizer with Chicken Marsala and Tortellini Rustica mains. The appetizer was delayed and Jonathan apologized for the delay and offered to comp the appetizer and dessert. We were not upset and were enjoying our wine and atmosphere. It was a very generous gesture.
All the food was great. The mushrooms were unbelievable!  The tortellini is very unique with the pink sauce and tastes great. Not my first time ordering this. And the marsala tasty and filling.
    Don't miss this place!

Kind of confused on why the reviews are so great. Maybe I am not the best judge of Italian food but the food here was pretty underwhelming. We split an order of the mozzarella stick and chicken Parmesan.
The Mozzarella didn't seem fresh at all and usually they are piping hot and the cheese is melty but the inside was just warm. Maybe they reheated it in the oven or something
Chicken Parm: this is a classic dish and not sure how it cant not be good every time but the chicken was definitely dried out and parts of the breading had burned so there was that burnt flavor on the sauce. Based on the reviews, I am going to assume they had a bad day on the day we went.

Here is an update...now that I'm Celiac...it's hard to find good gluten free options.

We go here from time to time. Now, we either get the gluten free pizza or the gluten free pasta with meat sauce. Love their meat sauce!!
They will bring you out a gf pizza crust to dip in their oil and spices for a charge. Their regular bread is free.
Wish they had more gluten free pasta noodle selections than just spaghetti. Maybe even gf lasagna. That would be awesome!!!
There is a gf soup on the menu. You'll see it. And it is delish!! Love it. I have my hubby go pick it up if I'm not feeling well.
Sometimes the service is slow. Sometimes their drinks are good and sometimes they're not. I guess it must depend on who's making them.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. My neighbor told me about it so the hubs and I decided to try. We enjoyed the bruschetta and the calamari. Hubs ordered the chicken fettuccine and I ordered the chicken Marsala. Mine was good but the fettuccine (and I normally not a fan of cream sauces) was hmm hmm yummy.
Hubs also loves the wedding soup and the bread. They didn't disappoint

Moni's Pasta & Pizza is the place to go for Italian in the Edmond / NW OKC area. I've heard about Moni's for a while now. It's kind of tucked away in a shopping center between 164th & 178th off of May Ave and I don't always think about it.

Well, I'm glad I finally went because the food absolutely lived up to the hype. I would say it's the best Italian food I've had in the Edmond area. The restaurant is cute and cozy on the inside. It would be a good place for date night or to take the family out for dinner. The wait staff was really nice and our food was brought out quickly. Thumbs up all around!

Because of the quality of the food, I decided to give it the full 5 stars. If you love Italian, do yourself a favor and check it out sometime!
